It gives me no satisfaction to publish this article on our website, and I make no apologies for doing so. It is a sad fact that many divers on completing their initial training forget all the important aspects of their training and dive irresponsibly. Others simply choose to ignore what they have been taught putting their own lives and the lives of their dive buddies at risk of death or serious irreversible injury. Through lung rupture of fatal air embolism. Please read this article and reflect on your own mortality and if by publishing this I can save one family from the heartache of a bereavement caused by a diving accident, my publishing of this information will have been justified. Please have a read at this article by Dr. Richard Schwanz, Pathologist, in relation to Autopsy's for victims of diving accidents. Click here to view. Remember we are mere mortals entering a world where we were never meant to be. Enjoy your diving but dive safely and within the limitations of your training and ability. DO NOT take unnecessary risks and slowly ascend from every dive. |
